Whenever I embark on a new assignment, I always follow a phased approach.
PHASE 1: DISCOVERY
I begin my process by getting to know you. We’ll define your goals and objectives and what you are looking to achieve. We will discuss your budget, priorities, and timeline. I’ll provide a detailed estimate for our scope of work and an implementation timeline based on your needs.
PHASE 2: SCHEMATICS / DESIGN CONCEPTS
I’ll provide multiple concepts for the initial design presentation. Concepts may include drawings, general notes, and specifications. For projects that include interior services, a digital mood board and samples can be included. Once you’ve narrowed your direction to one concept, I’ll fully develop the creative and make subsequent presentations based on your input.
PHASE 3: EXECUTION / PROCUREMENT + DELIVERY
Once you’ve approved the creative, I’ll finalize the deliverables. During this phase, additional meetings and calls are scheduled as required. If you are purchasing furnishings or services such as printing through us, I will obtain quotes and submit pricing on individual items as decisions are made. Deliverables, materials, and install dates will be coordinated according to our agreed-upon timeline. If the project scope changes or our process is delayed during development, I will reevaluate our implementation timeline accordingly and work with you to meet your deadlines. I will also work with your vendors and contractors to ensure a seamless process for you.
